Business purchases

FireBuyz is a business-to-business wholesale store. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the purchase is made for legitimate business or resale purposes.

Minimum order quantity

Unless specifically agreed in writing, the minimum purchase is 100 units per individual SKU. Quantities from separate SKUs do not combine to satisfy a SKU minimum.

Pricing and availability

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and are per unit unless stated otherwise. Availability may change until an order is successfully submitted and paid. Public product pages may show only an In Stock status rather than exact internal stock counts.

Product identifiers

FireBuyz may use internal FireBuyz SKU codes for ordering and inventory control. Manufacturer identifiers, compatibility details and performance claims should be verified against the product packaging and published manufacturer documentation where applicable.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout unless FireBuyz agrees to different written terms. Orders may be reviewed for fraud, pricing errors or fulfillment issues before shipment.

Resale and compliance

Buyers are responsible for complying with applicable resale, tax, marketplace, labeling and consumer-protection obligations related to their downstream sales.
