FireBuyz currently ships wholesale orders to valid addresses within the United States only.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated during checkout using the shipping method configured for the store. The carrier may vary based on destination, shipment size, service availability and operational requirements.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed after successful payment and order verification. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, holidays, weather, address issues or other circumstances outside FireBuyz control.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.

Damage or delivery issues

Report visibly damaged, materially incorrect or missing shipments to info@firebuyz.com within 48 hours of delivery and include the order number, description of the issue and supporting photographs where relevant.
